Cats sharing a pen must be from the same household.
For more cats and for stays of over a month discounts apply. Please phone 01435 865105 to discuss.
There are no additional charges for giving medicines, normal daily grooming, claw clipping on request, additional meals, additional heating or environmental enrichment activities, email or phone updates on your cat during their stay.
There is a minimum boarding fee of £30, reflecting the costs of preparing pens for occupation. Any bookings over the Christmas period will have a minimum charge of £50.
Prices reflect increasing costs associated with running a Cattery to the high standards required by the Licensing authority and in meeting national wage requirements.
The appointments system allows cats to be brought and collected at times agreed in advance normally from 8.30 – 11.30am and 4pm – 6.30pm, seven days a week. On extra busy days such as December 23rd there will be appointments available throughout the day. The only days on which cats cannot be brought in or collected are December 24th, 25th and 26th. We are happy to accommodate a flexible approach to timings, so for example if you wish to make an appointment to leave or collect your cat outside of the standard hours, or do not want to specify a particular time in advance, you may do so, but there will be a charge reflecting the need for additional staffing to accommodate your needs. Please ask.
Please be aware that missing appointment times causes operational difficulties, and while due consideration will be made for traffic and airport delays, it is greatly appreciated if customers phone or email if they are unable to make the appointed time, giving as much notice as possible. Arriving too early may mean having to wait until the appointed time.
